Dr. JiYoung Kim

Dr. Jiyoung Kim is an Associate Dean and Professor in the College of Merchandising, Hospitality, and Tourism at the University of North Texas, where she champions sustainability and digital innovation. Her recent work includes leading the USDA‑NIFA‑HSI–funded “Transformational Leadership in Sustainable Food and Fiber” project and co-authoring significant research on recommerce, the evolving practice of reselling pre-owned apparel.
